About Fierce motion dance

Fierce Motion Dance was created from a lifelong relationship with dance, movement, and mindful practice along with the understanding that strength does not require force.

This gentle, self-paced movement practice supports balance, choice, and self-trust. It is designed for people of all ages and abilities, including older adults, beginners, and individuals in recovery who are seeking a non-clinical, respectful approach to movement.

In Fierce Motion Dance, participants are encouraged to listen inwardly, move at their own pace, and rest when needed. There is no choreography to follow and no expectation to perform. Each class is guided with care, allowing joy, ease, and confidence to emerge naturally.

Classes are offered in a flexible, traveling format, creating welcoming movement spaces wherever people gather.
